When mounted on your vehicle’s roof, a rooftop cargo carrier may come into contact with your rear hatch.
To determine which cargo boxes fit your vehicle without contacting your hatch, measure the front clearance. This is the distance from your vehicle's front roof rack crossbar to the point where the roof meets the hatch (see image below).
If your vehicle measures greater than the number listed below, that cargo box will fit your vehicle without contacting your hatch.
Front clearance: >49 3/4"
Note: Some roof racks feature adjustable position crossbars. Moving the crossbars forward on the vehicle will increase the number of cargo boxes that fit without contacting the hatch. If you're unsure whether your vehicle's crossbars can be re-positioned, see your vehicle or roof rack manufacturer for assistance.
