Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number.
Thule offers standard ground service within the United States and Canada.
Arrives in 1 to 6 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. No weekend delivery. No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery to Extended Areas
There will be an additional $20 shipping fee for all orders eligible for delivery to extended areas, which include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Delivery of Large Items
We use a specialty delivery service to deliver large items, including cargo boxes, bike travel cases*, Tepui rooftop tents, awnings and the Thule TracRac Universal Steel Rack. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time, as you will be required to sign off on the package delivery. Missing the delivery date schedule and requiring re-delivery or Saturday delivery may incur additional charges.
Sorry, we currently do not deliver the identified large items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador. Please use our Where to buy page or Find it locally on the product page for local dealers of these products.
*Shipping rates for soft-shell bike travel cases are based on sales value as they are not packaged as large items.
