Return instructions

1. Initiate return

Click "Start a return" below to apply for a return and obtain a prepaid shipping label.

2. Prepare your return

Carefully pack the item(s) in the original shipping carton, using the original packaging materials to protect your product in transit. 

3. Drop off your package

Bring your package to any FedEx drop off location. Show the QR code included in the email that you will receive from returns-noreply@thule.com and FedEx will print your prepaid return label.

4. Receive your refund

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Your refund will typically appear on your account within an additional 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Terms of the Thule return policy

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via Thule.com.
  • For items not purchased from Thule.com, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
  • Free shipping: Thule will provide a pre-paid FedEx label for all thule.com returns.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • A refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned package(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
