Worst rack ever.

Broken straps. Bike coming off bumpers. Bumpermoving all aver rack bars. So angry and dissapointed. Spent a lot of money on junk.

Should I be concerned

I'm a little concerned about this rack. Recently purchased the rack and had no issues at all during installation and a week long road trip with three bikes. When I returned home and disconnected the main bolt to my hitch for storage, I became concerned because the M6 x16 Flat Cap Screw that attaches the 2" adapter to the 1/14" main stinger was nowhere to be found. The rack pulled right out of the hitch without the adapter. The flat head screw was missing and not attached to the adapter. Yes, I attached the adapter with the hex tool per the instructions. So, I either drove 900 miles without the adapter proper connected and in place or it snapped off and is now nowhere to be found with the bike rack adapter held on with the main bolt only. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm on the site buying a few extra M6 screws for the adapter prior to my next trip. I the rack is completely useless right now and can't be assembled per the instructions because I do not have the M6 screw to reattach the adapter.

Excellent Value

This is a great rack, I purchased it because I needed to carry multiple bikes for my growing family. It does what it's intended to do and I have owned many bike racks over the years. My only issue with any of this style rack regardless of brand is the frame contact between bikes but its to be expected and our bikes aren't great as we only spent $1000 each for my wife's and mine. our kids abuse theirs pretty good so they are always beat up. I like the rubber straps over Yakima's ratchet strap because its longer and you can adjust them to the bike frames better.
