Weak Zippers but Good Customer Service
from CA, USA
Comments about Thule Crossover Backpack 25L:
I have had two of these bags fail in the same way in less than a year each. The main compartment zipper has torn away at the 10 or 2 o'clock position. This is where the zippers pulls stop if you pull them straight up on both sides to close the bag. Its a shame because everything else has held up wonderfully and with the exception of the zippers, the materials are strong. Thule warranty replaced the first without question and is willing to replace it again so I'm happy with the warranty but there is clearly a weak spot in the construction. Only other complaint is that for its size, it doesn't hold much stuff. It it fairly low profile and doesn't expand. The zippers don't go down far very far and limit how far it can open and what it can hold.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Solid Pack For Work
from Seattle, WA
Overall this is a well organized pack that has plenty of room for everything you might need for a work trip. The fabric feels very durable, but is also stiff. The pocket for sunglasses is a great feature, although the sleeve for a phone won't fit the larger models on the market today.
