poor ergonomics

-the main zipper is incredibly hard to close if the large compartment is approaching full. -with laptop and thermos in this bag, i need a waist strap to help distribute the weight. far too heavy on my shoulders even with the chest strap -laptop compartment is quite stuffed with just my laptop in it (entire bag is rigid and bowed at this point). looks really nice but didn't know until i tried to put things in it that it wouldn't work for me.

Perfect solution for gym days!

I love this bag! It is the perfect solution for me on the days that I go to the gym after work so that I don't have to lug both a laptop bag and a separate gym bag to the office. It's very well made, and the deep teal color is really nice. The bag isn't too bulky and still fits everything that I need for the day. I love the dedicated shoe pocket that keeps my shoes separate from my clothes, and I really like that it can be carried as a backpack or as a duffle bag if I need that option. I'm very happy I found this.
