Our delivery time is calculated from the day when the order is shipped. Orders placed before 3:15 pm AET ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 3:15 pm AET ship on the following business day. If we cannot deliver your item(s) for any reason, we will contact you. See our complete Terms of Purchase.
Delivery method
For purchases from thule.com, your order will be delivered in one of the following ways:
- Parcel delivery by Australian Post to the nearest AusPost collection point for products below 22 kg. Please note that due to their weight and/or size, some orders may be delivered home, even if collection point was shown during checkout. In such cases there are no additional costs for you as a customer
- Home delivery by StarTrack to gate/property boundary for oversized products with weight over 22 kg or specific dimensions.
The type of delivery available and eligible for your particular order depends on the content of the order, weight and/or dimensions and will be stated at checkout when placing the order.
Delivery restrictions
The following delivery restrictions apply. The supplier only delivers to consumers who have their domicile (invoice address) in one of these countries and who also have a delivery address:
