Q: Will a Quad Lock™ phone case work with my phone?

Quad Lock™ phone cases are compatible with most iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. To verify that your specific device is supported, check the compatible devices listed on the product page. If your model isn't compatible with a phone case, universal adapters are available that attach to the back of your device, allowing you to use it with any Quad Lock™ mount.

Q: Does the Quad Lock™ system handle vibrations on my rides?

Yes. The patented dual-stage lock is specifically engineered to withstand the vibrations and impacts of cycling. Once locked, the mount holds your phone firmly in place across all riding conditions, from smooth tarmac to rough trails, without rattling or shifting.

Q: Can I switch my phone between bikes or other surfaces?

Yes. The Quad Lock™ system is modular by design, meaning your phone case connects to any Quad Lock™ mount you own. You can purchase mounts separately and install them on multiple bikes, vehicles or other surfaces, and switch your phone between them instantly.

Q: What is the difference between Quad Lock MAG™ and the standard system?

Both the standard Quad Lock™ and the Quad Lock MAG™ system use the patented twist-and-lock mechanism to secure your phone to the mount. The Quad Lock MAG™ features a magnetic ring in the case for instant alignment with compatible mounts and accessories, as well as wireless charging heads. For rougher terrain, the twist-and-lock connection is recommended for maximum security.

How to build your kit

Getting started with the Quad Lock™ system can be broken down into three simple steps: pick a case, pick a mount, and add an accessory.

Before going through the different parts of the system, there are a few questions you can ask yourself to help you understand which setup will work best for you:

What kind of phone do you have? This will let you choose the correct case for your device.
Where and how do you plan to use your phone? This determines which mount, or mounts, are relevant for you.
Do you need anything extra? This will help you understand if you need to add an accessory, such as a stand or wireless battery charging.

Safe and versatile phone cases

Picking a matching phone case is the first step. This is the foundation of the system and gives you access to connect your phone to any mount.

Quad Lock™ phone cases are available in three options: for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel.

Quad Lock™ phone cases are among the toughest available, keeping your phone protected and ready for every adventure. They feature edge-to-edge impact protection, capable of handling drops, bumps and consistent vibrations. With a slim, modern design, they fit seamlessly into both your pocket and everyday life.

The Quad Lock MAG™ cases work with original mounting heads and feature a magnetic ring for instant alignment with Quad Lock MAG™-compatible mounts and accessories, with optional wireless charging compatibility.

If you want to access the Quad Lock™ mounting system but don't have a compatible phone, there are also universal adapters that attach to the back of your phone and let you connect it to any mount.

Phone mounts for every adventure

The Quad Lock™ mounts are among the lightest, strongest and most secure bike mounts available and can be used in both portrait and landscape modes.

With the patented dual-stage lock, you can ride comfortably over bumps and jumps knowing that your smartphone isn't going anywhere. Designed for easy attaching and removal with a simple twist-and-lock motion, it lets you view navigation and track stats on the go, and just as quickly detach your phone to answer a call or snap a photo.

Quad Lock™ offers several mounting options to match your needs, riding preferences and your bike's setup.

Handlebar mount

The handlebar mount fits seamlessly onto your bike's stem or handlebars using the included o-rings and zip ties. The collar raises your phone about 1 inch above the stem, so make sure you have enough space to rotate your phone. If you don't, consider one of the other mounting options.

Stem cap mounts

The stem cap mounts attach to your bike's stem cap and provide a light, minimal way to secure your phone close to the handlebars. Built from aircraft-grade aluminum, they offer strong, reliable support and feature a dual design that lets you fasten the lever head to either side, accommodating a variety of stem angles.

The stem cap mounts are available in both fixed and adjustable versions:

Stem cap mount: has a fixed angle of +15° or –15° and suits most common stem angles.
Adjustable stem cap mount: features a hinged design with angles ranging from +15° to +55°.

Out front mounts

The out front mounts feature a sleek, lightweight design and fit most bikes. Mounted ahead of your handlebars, they allow optimal viewing and aerodynamics, making it easy to follow navigation or track stats on the go.

The out front mounts come in two options:

Out front mount: can also be reversed to sit over your handlebars.
Out front mount pro: features an extended aluminum arm and a lower profile for improved aerodynamics, great for road cyclists.

(Both out front mounts suit 35mm handlebars and include spacers for 22mm, 25.4mm and 31.8mm bars, as well as the necessary tools.)

Accessories for extra convenience

With your phone case and mounting setup covered, you can start looking at compatible accessories. These are optional add-ons for the Quad Lock™ system that provide an extra level of protection and convenience, including wallets, stands and more.

The Quad Lock MAG™ wireless charging head attaches to your mount and charges your phone directly through your Quad Lock MAG™ case. For outdoor and more adventurous activities, it's recommended to use the twist-and-lock mount rather than a magnetic connection to ensure your phone stays securely in place.

Installing and riding with Quad Lock™

Once you have your kit sorted, you’re ready to install your system and start riding.

Fitting your smartphone

To fit your smartphone into your case, slide the bottom of your phone in first, then press down on the top to clip it into place.

Installing your mount

Your selected mount comes with all necessary adapters and tools for quick installation. Always follow the provided instructions or watch the available installation videos for your specific product.

Twist, lock and ride

The twist-and-lock system is universal across all phone mounts. Hold your phone at a 45° angle, push down on the mount and twist to lock it into place. To detach, press the lever or push down the collar depending on your mount, then twist the phone the opposite way.
