Thule surf pads

The large, wide Thule surf pads are designed to fit wide, aerodynamic roof bars. They wrap securely around your roof bars to cushion your surfboard during transport.

The pads have a hook-and-loop fastening along the bottom, making them quick and easy to fit or remove. You can do it in seconds without any special tools.

The pads are made from durable, high-density foam covered in hard-wearing nylon. This provides excellent cushioning for your surfboard and lasting protection against harsh weather.

Yes. The outer nylon fabric is treated to resist UV rays, helping prevent the pads from fading or deteriorating in the sun while you’re out on the water.

You can safely carry one or two surfboards stacked on top of each other. Always secure your boards properly with heavy-duty tie-down straps over the pads.

Yes. Thule surf pads provide cushioning and grip on your roof bars, but you’ll still need high-quality tie-down straps to secure your surfboard to the roof rack.

You can leave them on your car, but we strongly recommend removing them when they’re not in use. This helps prevent unnecessary weather-related wear and reduces wind resistance while driving.
