Return policy

It is OK to change your mind about a product you've bought! Please make sure to return it within 14 days in its original condition. We'll refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions below.

By original condition we mean:

  • You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
  • The product have been tested to the extent that is necessary to determine its properties and functions. In practice you can do what a consumer would do in a physical store, for example, stroll with a stroller indoors but not outdoors.

If the product is not in original condition our team reserves the right to make a reasonable price deduction corresponding to the reduction in value that occurred in connection with handling of the product. If the return is not approved due to the product's condition, the cost of returning it back to you will be at your charge.

Return instructions

1. Register the return online

Log in to "My pages" on www.thule.com or visit www.thule.com/returns. Select the product you want to return and provide a reason for the return. Make sure to register the return as soon as possible to expedite your refund.

2. Create the return slip

Once you’ve registered the return, you’ll receive instructions for creating the return slip and details on where to drop off the package. If you received the order via home delivery, Thule will contact you after registration with additional return information.

3. Package the item

Securely pack the item using the original packaging, if possible, and ensure it is sealed properly. Protect the goods to avoid damage during transit, as this may affect the full refund amount.

4. Send the return

Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop. For larger shipments, you will be contacted by the forwarder to arrange collection.

5. Get your refund

Once your return is received and approved at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 days.
