- We offer free standard delivery for all orders from £50.00.
- For orders below £50.00 a shipping fee of £3.99 will be added.

- Collection point:
- GB: 2 working days
- NI: 10 working days due to customs
- Home Delivery:
- GB & NI: 5 working days
- To Thule Store: 5 working days
Our delivery is calculated from the day when the order is shipped. Orders placed and paid before 12 am on Monday – Friday will be packed and shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next working day. If we cannot deliver your item(s) for any reason, we will contact you. See our complete Terms of Purchase.
Delivery method
For purchases from thule.com, your order will be delivered in one of the following ways:
- Delivery by UPS, to the nearest UPS collection point for products under 20 kg and max height of 96 cm (38 inches)
- Home Delivery to curbside by UPS for products not oversized products with weight 20-70 kg
- Home Delivery to curbside by Cross Country Carriers for oversized products such as cargo boxes, car tents, roof platforms and some bike carriers.
- Delivery to Thule Store. You can choose to collect your order from the Thule Store in Covent Garden or Kingston. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you by SMS or email to arrange a collection time and, if applicable, installation.The person who placed the order must present valid ID when collecting the order. If someone else collects the order on your behalf, they must present both their own ID and the ID of the person who placed the order.
Orders must be collected within 5 days of being contacted by the store. If the order is not collected within this time, the products will be returned to our central warehouse at your expense.
The type of delivery available and eligible for your particular order depends on the content of the order, weight and/or dimensions and will be stated at checkout when placing the order.
Delivery restrictions
The following delivery restrictions apply. The supplier only delivers to consumers who have their domicile (invoice address) in one of these countries and who also have a delivery address:
