Delivery information for your order
For purchases from thule.com, products will be delivered in one of the following ways:
- Delivery by UPS, to the nearest UPS delivery location
- Home delivery to gate/property boundary by UPS
- Home delivery to gate/property boundary by DACHSER
The type of delivery available and eligible for your particular order depends on the content of the order, weight and/or dimensions and will be stated at checkout when placing the order.
Times of Delivery
Delivery times are normally 1-5 working days. Most orders are packaged the same day or the day after your order is placed. If we cannot deliver your item(s) for any reason, we will contact you. In such cases you have the right to cancel the purchase without charge. See our complete Terms of Purchase.
We offer free standard deliver for all orders from £50.00. The actual shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Note that additional transport, i.e. up steps/stairs etc. is not included. Important! If you have booked a time and are not present when DACHSER call at your property, you will be charged a new freight charge for re-delivery.
Other products are sent with UPS or DACHSER, depending on the size and/or weight of the shipment. If you have chosen delivery to a collection counter/location, you will receive notification via a text message when your products are ready for collection at your nearest collection counter/location.
If you have selected home delivery, UPS or DACHSER will contact you before delivery. Note that additional transport, i.e. up steps/stairs etc. is not included.
Note that some orders, due to their weight and/or size can be sent as a home delivery, even if you have selected a collection counter/location option. In such cases there will be no additional charges for you as a customer.
