These are the next steps:

Packaging the goods – Make sure that the product is well packaged (use the original packaging if possible). Please note it is important that the goods are not damaged during the return for us to be able to refund the full amount.
Return the item – Add the return label over the old address label. If the package's weight is below 20 kg and length below 96 cm you can drop off the package at the nearest UPS drop-off point, if the package is above 20 kg and 96 cm please book a pickup of the return package via UPS Parcel Collection. The weight is printed on the return label.
Refund – After we have received your returned item and approved the return, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible.
