Custom logo options

1. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom logo is 100 units of a sku.
2. Review the logo options and terms to decide which decorating option is best for your application.
3. Complete and submit the form below. The logo must be provided as a vector file (.ai or .eps) and as
a .png file.
4. A Thule representative will contact you to guide you through the rest of the process.
5. Thule will provide a digital simulation for you to approve logo size and placement on the case.
6. Upon approval of the digital simulation, a custom part number will be created and provided to your
desired reseller for quoting and processing.
Terms
1. Minimum order quantity 100 units.
2. Thule must first confirm ability to logo the chosen product (not all decorating options are available
on all cases).
3. Logo up to 4-colors embroidery and no limit for heat transfer.
4. Logo must be provided as a vector file (.ai or .eps format). If a vector file is not provided by
customer, Thule can provide one for a fee of $70.
5. A custom part number will be created after the customer approves digital image of decorated case.
6. Lead time is 3 weeks after the digital image is approved, PO placed, and stock availability
confirmed.
7. Orders will be processed based on artwork and information approved from electronic proof.
8. Thule Group honors our products warranty on all decorated and undecorated products; however,
replacements will be undecorated products.
9. All approved orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without Thule’s written consent.
10. Acceptance of your PO constitutes an agreement based soley on Thule’s published terms and
conditions. Thule is not liable for the inability to ship orders due to material shortages, quota
restrictions, U.S. Customs delays. Thule will make every effort to substitute similar products should
extensive delays occur
