Pack your item(s)

Securely pack the item(s) in the original shipping cartons with original packaging and packing slip.

UPS drop-off

Take the package(s) to any UPS dropoff location.

Get your refund

Please allow 3-5 business days* for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival.

Terms of the Thule return policy


  • Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via Thule.com.
  • For items not purchased from Thule.com, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
  • Free shipping: Thule will provide a pre-paid UPS label for all thule.com returns.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • A refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned package(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
