Return policy


Thule takes quality seriously when it comes to both our products and our service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. For any damaged or defective products, please consult our Thule Guarantee. 


To begin the return process, follow the return instructions. Please review our return policy before initiating your return:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via thule.com.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
  • Free shipping: Thule will provide a pre-paid UPS label for all thule.com returns.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Your credit card will be credited for the invoice price. Your credit will appear after Thule has received and processed your return through our return procedure.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.
  • Return an item by following the instructions below.

Return instructions

Follow the 4 steps below to complete your return:

  1. Initiate a return on thule.com to obtain a return ID and pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Securely pack the item(s) you’re returning in the original shipping cartons with original packaging and the packing slip.
  3. Take the package(s) to any UPS dropoff location.
  4. Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.
