Thule takes quality seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return an item, please see our Return policy and Return instructions below. For any damaged or defective product please consult our Thule Guarantee.

Return instructions

1. Initiate a return

Click "Start a return" below to apply for a return and obtain a prepaid shipping label via email from UPS. Please note that it may take up to one business day for the message to arrive in your inbox. If you don't see it, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

2. Prepare your return

Carefully pack the item(s) in the original shipping carton, using the original packaging materials to protect your product in transit. 

3. Drop off your package

If you received more than one return label, please make sure to use the correct return label for each package. Bring your package to any UPS drop-off location.

4. Receive your refund

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Your refund will typically appear on your account within an additional 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Terms of the Thule return policy

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via Thule.com.
  • For items not purchased from Thule.com, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
  • Free shipping: Thule will provide a pre-paid UPS label for all thule.com returns.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • A refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned package(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
