Next steps:

Create the return slip: Once you’ve registered the return, you’ll receive instructions for creating the return slip and details on where to drop off the package. If you received the order via home delivery, Thule will contact you after registration with additional return information.
Package the item: Securely pack the item using the original packaging, if possible, and ensure it is sealed properly. Protect the goods to avoid damage during transit, as this may affect the full refund amount.
Send the return Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop. For larger shipments, you will be contacted by the forwarder to arrange collection.
Get your refund: Once your return is received and approved at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 days.
