Ebikes, sometimes also spelled as e-bikes, are a relatively new option in the cycling industry and while they aren’t for the traditionalists out there, they are helping to increase the appeal of bike riding to a new audience. Electric bikes are a great way for new cyclists to get into the sport or to help older riders pedal for longer periods of time. They’re also ideal for everyday commuting. Not only that, but ebikes are perfect for touring as they help riders cover ground more efficiently and make it easier for groups to stay together.
