I purchased a Crossover Backpack 32L from Thule about 2-3 years ago. Worked fairly well until recently. The zipper stitching for the laptop compartment separated from the bag fabric. This made it difficult to open and close the bag and would cause the zipper to jam. Also, it would leave an open hole where the stitching failed when the zipper is closed. Shortly after the stitching came loose, the zipper pull completely separated from the zipper, making the laptop pocket and bag unusable. I had to switch to an old backpack I had in storage. Additionally, I had frequent issues with the front metal hook for the slip pocket. The metal hook would randomly come unhooked and hang open, no matter how tight or loose it was strapped down. The metal hook looks nice but performs very poorly. Lastly, I have sent 2 emails to the Thule warranty department but have not received a response. The bag is supposed to have a lifetime warranty from Thule, but I can't seem to get a response from Thule warranty to make things right. Very disappointed in the bag quality and poor service from Thule.
