About Me Avid Cyclist
I own multiple Thule products and these Traverse Foot Packs are of great quality, easy to set up, and look great on the car. To respond to "Zach" that said he would not purchase again because it did not say that you have to purchase a Fit Kit, to adapt the kit to your specific vehicle... as a fellow consumer, I'm sorry that you didn't see the sentence at the bottom that states, "Requires vehicle and Traverse Foot specific Fit Kit (sold separately)". Also, if you go through the fitment guide for your vehicle, it will tell you which Fit Kit you need. I am a big fan of Thule products and did not want anyone else to miss this or get frustrated. Top quality and style over the 3 other systems that I have used. Go with Thule, you won't be disappointed!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

2013 Honda Pilot
By Thule lover

About Me Casual/ Recreational
I have been a Thule user for over 20 years. The products definitely stand up to rugged use. I recently changed to a 2013 Honda Pilot 5DR. The instructions re: spacing on the roof are unusable. The offset from the top of the windshield needs to be 17.5 in. (not 10.25); the spacing between bars is correct at 29.5 in. on center. The side to side span dimensions are also unusable (ie 48.75 front and 49.125 back). My suggestion; fit the cross bars into the feet but do not lock. Set the feet in the door jambs as instructed and loosely tighten. Adjust the cross bars evenly and lock down. Then make final tightening adjustments on the feet.

Comments about Thule Traverse Foot Pack 480:
When buying the product they do not tell you you need to buy a fit kit that also costs another 200$ That connects the foot pack to the car itself which makes the product way more expensive than it already is. Very frustrating
