You inspire us and we would love to be able to share your pictures of our products with others. So we may request to share your social media post in our communication channels. Such channels are mainly our digital channels (thule.com, Instagram, Facebook) but could also include newsletters, catalogues, magazines and other marketing material created and published by Thule.

By responding #yesthule on a post after a request from us on Instagram, hereafter referred to as "picture(s)", you agree to the following:

You provide THULE AB, a Swedish company under registration number SE556770-6329 (hereinafter "THULE") and its subsidiaries, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in THULE's sole discretion and without any obligations to you, to use your picture(s) in marketing and / or advertising, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos.

Hereby, you certify that (i) you own all of your rights to your pictures, (ii) you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your pictures to transfer the rights herein, (iiii) you are 18 years or older or have parental consent and (iiii) the use of your pictures by Thule AB will not violate any third party's rights or violate any law.

Hereby, you release THULE from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and freeing and agreeing to keep THULE and all persons acting for THULE from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
