Great for cross country road trip

Best way to add some storage space without adding a more permanent and expensive storage system to your car. We use it to store stuff in rubber totes that we don't need to access during our drive. Our stuff stays very waterproof inside the totes. Only drawback is the lack of security if you park your car and leave it for awhile.

Have traveled from Massachusetts to Colorado and back three time when my son was stained there in the Army. Loaded up, all kinds of weather, I think its way better than the hard case I cad (Sears X Cargo) because I can strap it on, or off in minutes, rather than bolt it down with hardware. I think its great!

Had given a choice, would have waited to buy.

Big trip to visit family in my ugly Suzuki sport utility. Spent over $200 on Thule Interstate, and upon arrival, noone criticized me for my ugly car, they just complemented me on my wise choice for storage, Until we were unloading the carrier and straps started ripping with the slightest ease😬 though my mean brother was playing trick on me, nope. Ripped with ease. What was going to help me dodge the family scrutiny, became the butt of every dinner joke for the 4 days i was there.
